Salat mit Feigen, Parmaschinken und Ziegenkäse

Just a short translation for the recipe:
It's a delicious baby leaf salad with parma ham, goat cheese, pine nuts and fresh and juicy figs.
I seasoned this beautiful summer salad with a simple vinaigrette. The twist with the vinaigrette was the oil: I took olive oil and macadamia nut oil (almost 50:50). If you like macadamia nuts (who doesn't?) this dressing is for you!
