Nice job on the roundup. Now I am sitting down with a nice big diet Coke to read all the ones I missed. Thanks for all your work.

Great round up. I love the collage! The photos foodies take never cease to amaze me!
I think my Grilled Cheese with Prosciutto and Sun-Dried Tomatoes must have gotten swallowed by your spam folder?

@Kalyn: It was great fun!

@Chris: Sorry, I must have missed it. But anyway I included your post some minutes ago!

@Wandering Chopsticks: There were so many nice pictures and choosing only some of them was a real challenge.

Hi Claudia, thanks for adding my entry (I tried emailing you and my email was undeliverable). One comment on my recipe is that garbanzos and chickpeas are the same thing. Although my recipe is not traditional Greek fare, its flavors are those used in traditional Greek kitchens. Thanks again for your work on the round-up.

@all: Hope I added all entries now!

@Laurie: Seems I mixed it up. You wrote about garbanzos and later that you took chick peas. Anyway: I was a great post!
